"You're taking it out of context" [Spirituality & Religion]

Isn't it weird how Christians say that whenever a questionable Bible verse is presented to them, yet when they read a passage that is all about peace and love they'll just talk about how wonderful their god and Jesus is? 🤔

You do take a lot of stuff out of context. Like you don't read entire books but just passages and then complain when someone suggests you read the entire thing.
