Man is God's crowning glory, not just a passing thought because He was lonely or bored. [Spirituality & Religion]

Those two things are not even in His character. God has special plans and purpose for every individual on earth, however, we can resist or refuse to accept them. We cannot place the blame on God, when we mess things up, ourselves.

Read Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

That sure doesn't sound like God is out to "get" people, to me.
