@Emosaur...because they cant agree on which one is correct without spilling blood, and likely never will.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@Emosaur because most people reject Him and He won't force His way on those who don't want Him

@TheWildEcho Thats wholly incorrect. More blood has been spilled in dispute over religion than all other conflict combined.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@HeteroDox it's about a relationship with God, not man made religion
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho Then as usual, the fan clubs should be avoided, however they tend to be more violent than rationale because they believe this deity will punish them for not. And you are cmpletely correct... man made religion.

You mention hell, Jesus suffered all the agony of the cross so no one had to end up in hell, so anyone who ends up there has only themselves to blame@Emosaur
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@HeteroDox what about all those who were killed by Hitler an pol pot? Both very anti religious tyrants
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho So martyring onself accomplishes what, exactly?

Oh right... more blood for a delusional belief.
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho Yes.... exactly..... more innocent have died from religious persecution and christian belief ALONE, btw - not counting all others, but Islamic are a close second, that the Russian genocide (25 million), The holocaust (6.5 million), the Rwandan Genocide (4 million) the Srbian ethic cleansing, over 10 milion) combined
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@HeteroDox you can't blame Christians or Jews if they are murdered by evil tyrants
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho Again - and pay attention maybe - MORE PEOPLE HAVE DIED because OF CHRISTIANITY than all of those events combined. This information is easily found, but as usual is willfully ignored because religious "cherry picking" (that is only seeing the facets you only want to see and disregarding all others) is most common yet those facts exist regardless of what you prefer to ignore.

You know the answer to that@Emosaur
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho Yes he does...playing ambiguity with no information to debate with is also cherrypicking.

@Emosaur He never has forced anyone to follow Him, if He had you would be following Him now

@TheWildEcho Non - his fan club/s makes sure that happens- or else and luckily western society dictates that you are free to believe whatever rubbish you wish... This would be highly unlikley in a middle eastern state for example where he would be likely tortured, imprisoned or killed for stating what he has already...

again - you are cherry-picking your own facts.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@HeteroDox yes I know that if I lived in certain parts of the world I could be murdered for my faith, Christians are the most persecuted group, what that has to do with cherries I don't know
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@Emosaur @Emosaur What he fails to understand that is that people are still being tortured for this and other of these silly cults.
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@TheWildEcho No, they are not.

Check your facts, by number stats, Jewish followers are historically the most frequently subject to antisemitic persecution.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@HeteroDox I was talking about the present day
