This is my favorite Psalm. This sums it up for me. It baffles me that some people claim to not believe in the Lord of Hosts. However His children are in every nation language and tongue, and everything was predestined by Him before the dawn of creation, so it also astounds me when I realize that there are those who were never intended for the Kingdom of God.
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

7 The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

8 The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
@puck61 Amen, brother.
@GodSpeed63 I spend a lot of time in Romans 7, but I step into 8:1 every once in a while. I have a lot of hatred for those who are trying to turn this country into a Banana Republic, but I still love them as human beings. So, figuratively, even though hatred pulls the trigger, love sharpens my aim.

@Emosaur
It's pretty easy not to believe in him tbh.
Believing a lie of man is always easy. It's believing the truth of God is always hard.
How can we have free will if everything is predestined?
Everything is not predestined as you suppose.

@Emosaur Isaiah 45:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.
Don't worry. You are either one of the elect or you are not. Man has free will, that is about one of the most obvious things about reality!

@Emosaur Can't you see the foolishness of your question? God is the only omniscient being. Therefore our free will is free will. Just because the LORD of creation knows the outcome doesn't change anything.
Don't worry. You will find out. Then you will have all the answers.

@Emosaur In a manner of speaking. You should read the bible and pray for guidance. You either will or you won't. You either are, or you aren't. Only God knows. That is why it is kind of silly to argue with disciples of Atheism. Some of them are children of God, and before they draw their last breath, they will marry into the Kingdom of God. You are very young. You could be way ahead of me in the Kingdom for all I know!

@Emosaur You'll find out everything soon enough. One way or the other! Yes Atheism is as much a religion as any "religion" . Atheist believe in God more than many Christians. They are simply obsessed with their anger and resentment towards Him, because they are like spoiled children who have an irrational sense of entitlement.

You got that right.

@Emosaur You can deny it all you want, but you believe in God with an enviable faith! Your mind is on Him virtually non stop! You are just angry. That's what Atheism is. It is a religion for people who are angry and resentful towards God, and they prove it every day. I applaud your devotion.

@Emosaur See! You prove my point every time you post! 😁

@Emosaur "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! You're the worst dad ever!"

@Emosaur There you go again! That is exactly what I'm talking about. Atheists are simply angry children who resent the life they live, and bite the hand that feeds them. You can't appreciate a sunset, or a mountain stream, or a rainbow, or the sweet song of a happy infant. For that I truly feel pity for you. How dull and gray your life must be.

@puck61 Or maybe they resent the lives other people live because a lot of those lives are objectively insufferable. Maybe he just can't appreciate parasitic worms burrowing into children's eyes and anesthetic awareness. We motherfuckers on the Internet here, we're the lucky ones. The vast majority of humans have had to suffer short, boring, and brutal existences.
