Is getting baptized scary [Spirituality & Religion]

In my church it symbolizes becoming officially a member of the church community and an adult in the eyes of the church. You have to be a min 15 to do it and when you do at 15 it's usually because you are getting married. It's a very big step and a very big commitment. Probably the reason why most ppl don't do it til they are in their late teens. But before you can marry you must be baptized

Don't remember, it happened when I was a baby. Didn't work though as I'm an Agnostic.
