Absolutely, but not all who believe in God, will be in heaven. It takes more than just believing, or Satan would be going to heaven. He knows God is real, but he's not going to heaven. His sins separate him from God, but he wanted it that way. He chose to sin and keep on sinning against his creator. He wanted to take over God's Kingdom.
