I just hate it when people put blame on Satan for their mistakes instead of taking responsibility. [Spirituality & Religion]

I guess Christians made up Satan to hold their guilty and wrongdoings. Lol.

And I just hate it when people make fun of, and accuse followers of Christ of not taking responsibility. You shouldn't put all followers of Christ in the same category. Nor make fun of their beliefs. That's very immature. Just like any thing else. There are good and bad people. We should all for that matter, take responsibility for our own actions. That's what real followers of Christ do.

Boy, if that isn't judging and childish, I don't know what is. Grow up.

@LadyGrace except that's not judging. It's the truth. 😂😂😂 Unfortunately that's what every Christians do. When something bad happens, it's the Satan's fault.
@JBird Hardly the truth. And yes, it is judging. You're so childish.
JBird · F
@LadyGrace Nope. Almost every Christians I meet relate anything to Satan which is the actual childish thing and judgemental
@JBird And narrow-minded.
@JBird Then you've met some phonies. You seem to get a kick out of criticizing Christians anyway so I will leave you in your own little world of wisdom. Such nonsense! You really don't have a clue, so you shouldn't judge.
JBird · F
@LadyGrace in that every Christians are phonies.

@JBird Actually it was Jesus that said the evil in this world is because of Satan. He said that Satan is the author of confusion and destruction of this world. We can see that from the world we live in. God doesn't force man to kill and rape and destroy. The evil is in man's heart, not in God. God is not flawed. Man is.
JBird · F
@LadyGrace God created man. If man made with greed in his heart, then God had flawed by making a mistake.
@JBird
God created man. If man made with greed in his heart, then God had flawed by making a mistake.
You would be right, if God made man with greed in his heart. But He didn't. Man was made perfect. It was man, not God, that decided to sin against God. God cannot err. He is perfect.
JBird · F
@LadyGrace God cannot err doesn't apply here unfortunately because he have the responsibility to correct the 'sins' which is not doing anymore. Because people get away after doing wrong and he still walk free.
@JBird When we do wrong, it is us who do wrong, not God, so it is us who must take responsibility for our own actions. If someone robs a bank, would you like to be blamed for it? Of course not, so we cannot pass the buck onto Christ. A person reaps what they sow.

People only think they get away with doing evil things. God sees all, and they will have to answer to God at the Judgement Seat of Christ. That's a given. It's in God's Word. Not only will God judge them for their sin, but he will specifically judge them for their abuse of the righteous.
@LadyGrace you do realize Christians are some of the most judgemental people on the planet right condeming anyone who does not fall in line with what they see as right I'd say that is rather judgemental
@ExperienceDLT You do realize that not all people are judgemental. I'm simply sharing what I believe. No one has to believe it. I'm sharing what God said in His Word and that is up to the reader whether or not they want to believe God, not me. Just like others share what they believe on here but are not judged for it.
JBird · F
@LadyGrace I thought God was powerful. Why couldn't he come down and teach them the right ways?
@LadyGrace you have right to believe whatever you choose but saying that Christians are not judgemental people is a joke the whole basis of Christanity is based on being judgemental if you don't "believe" you are wrong if you don't obey you are wrong anyone that strays and doesn't conform to christanity is wrong and dammned to burn if that isn't being judgemental I don't know what is
@ExperienceDLT I see you don't understand followers of Christ. Jesus called his disciples to share the gospel, not to judge people. That is just your perception of it. We share how Jesus said to be saved. People are not required to believe us. God requires them to believe in what he says. Having experienced Jesus, I share about Him. No one is forcing or judging anyone. It's as simple as that. I never have said anybody is wrong, not one time, or going to hell if they don't believe what I do. I have pointed them to what Jesus said is right. It is not The Gospel according to myself. It is the gospel according to Jesus. One can hardly make an informed decision without exploring all the possibilities. It's not even about religions of this world. Religion does not save anyone. Jesus does. I share that salvation is found only in the Person of Jesus Christ, and that He is the only way (John 14:6), because Jesus is the only Mediator between God and man, who can give us access to His Father in heaven. He paid our sin debt on the cross, with His blood. He wants people to know that, so I share that. But to each their own.

@JBird
Why couldn't he come down and teach them the right ways?
He did.
You just don't believe it.
JBird · F
@Budwick millions of people died from disasters, diseases. There were many believers who died with them. Why didn't God come to help them? How could anyone believe on something that's not coming to help us?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@JBird People die Bird.
That's part of living.
JBird · F
@Budwick Exactly. Things happen as it's supposed to. No amount of praying or worshipping will ever change that. Therefore, there's no point of worshipping if everything happens according to a plan.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@JBird Well, that's not true either.
There's more to God and religion than praying to save us from ourselves.

If you ever have a serious interest, let me know.
JBird · F
@Budwick I was a Christian. I know how religions work. That's why I left it. And that's why I am telling. Whatever they're telling about God is not true. God never cared if we are worshipping or not, if there's one.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@JBird What ever your 'religious' experience was, sounds like it was negative. People can screw up just about anything - except God.
JBird · F
@Budwick negative experience doesn't alone tell us if there's God or not. Just common sense. can you explain why there are different religions in the world then? I am not saying there isn't God. We don't know. It's just no religion is close to correct explanation of God.
