Who are you according to Jungian psychology? [Spirituality & Religion]

Your superego is how you choose to behave in public, despite your ego and persona.
Your ego is who you choose to be.
Your consciousness are your active thoughts.
Your subconsciousness are the thoughts you don’t know you’re having.
Your shadow (ever important) are the things about yourself that you deny are true.
Your soul and mana persona are how you may view your spiritual self (if you indeed do believe)

And this all is contained in “Self”.

Have you reached into your shadow? Are you aware of your greatest weaknesses and evils?

Is there a quiz I can do to get the results, otherwise I'm just a kind of childish clown like person

There is no quiz. It requires an honest look inwardly... perhaps meditation.

If meditation is new to you, there are thousands of great guided meditations on YouTube @SW-User

I thought my superego was my ego, but wearing a cape with an "S" on it.

@uncalled4 in many ways it is. If behaving like a superhero is what you literally do (because in your mind it’s the right thing based on your experiences, environment and the rest of your “self”) then it’s in your superego.

My superego allows me to do things like, wait in a long line without yelling at people, hold my pee in a meeting, cheer like an idiot at football games.
