Have you ever experienced astral projection? [Spirituality & Religion]

@IstillmissEP: it was scary for me! I heard voices and felt hands all over me without being able to move or scream 😖

@IstillmissEP: i have felt being touched lots of time in my sleep. is that sleep paralysis? no one was really there.

@IstillmissEP: once i heard a sound of wings beating. once i felt someone behind me put both hands on my cheeks, very softly. that's originally what brought me to ep, i was googling what it was i was experiencing. it scared me at first, but now when i feel it, i just tell myself i'm dreaming and i don't wake up. i don't feel like i'm going anywhere, i just feel like i'm bed and someone is tapping me on the shoulder or something.
