Do only humans go to heaven? [Spirituality & Religion]

What happens to young humans who die and go to heaven? What happens to a baby (assuming it’s baptized) Are they in heaven as a baby, permanently? How then, do they communicate, with the others in heaven, since they haven’t had a chance to learn anything in life, or develop their own personality?

As per certain scriptures, we have souls, soul neither increases nor decreases. It can neither be created nor destroyed. The soul goes to heaven or hell.
