Ghosts as most people understand them, No. But I admit it is just possible for some people to imprint their presence on a place or object. Such as a recording of a moment or an event. And some sensitive people may be able to read that recording. But only as an observer, watching a replay..I dont say it happens. But it is possible.

@whowasthatmaskedman A 'temporal echo' actually makes far more sense than someone's spirit.

It would be why the 'spooks' copy the same actions over and over, and appear to walk on a different level.
