Do you HAVE to be convicted of some sin EVERY time you hear a sermon? [Spirituality & Religion]

Seems to me, there is a time and a place for people, both as individuals and in general to be called out on their sin. But if EVERY time somebody gets up to preach all they say is "This is a sin, that's a sin, you all are sinners.", that would get VERY old VERY fast and their church's attendance would go way the heck down, VERY fast. If anyone has FIRST HAND stories of otherwise happening, I'd LOVE to read them.
