Do the boys come after your milkshake?
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic funny enough they actually do... i got a summer job in an icecream parlor
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I thought you were alone with these deep questions.
Did you think before asking them?
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic i felt like i need to make up for the flesh tent
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
Do you understand the CMB...that is where all of the unproved mathematically junk science is coming from with the multiverses. hawking supposedly proved they couldn’t possibly exist. Anyways the CMB goes backwards in cosmology because it presumes the earth is the center of the universe. Do you believe that?
Milkshake · F
well i am obviously not an expert or can even claim to understand a fraction of the math involved... and neither can anyone else on this site.

what exactly does CMB stand for in this context anyway... i got like a dozen descriptions from google and none of them made any sense.

however multiverse theories seem to correlate with string theory, which hawking wasnt a fan of either but he didnt really have anything better to offer

@Milkshake
Multiverse and string theory...
Please elaborate, I know both.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic from my understanding you need these theoretical strings to vibrate in 26 dimensions... and while we got a pretty good grasps on 4 of those i seen a description of multiple dimensions implying a multiverse
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I am familiar with 11 dimensions with the brane theory, 26 sounds pretty advanced but I am not sure that you explained it.
There was a study done at Stanford but most people that spout multiverse really don’t know how the CMB goes backward to a Ptolemaic view of the universe. The CMB shows a location for another universe because there isn’t a heat signature visible in the left lower area.
Honestly the whole Cosmic Microwave Background theory is on the same shaky ground as the Big Bang and the point of singularity. I’m sure you know there is still a conflict between Einstein’s model in the theory of relativity and the competing theory of quantum mechanics. If I were you I would still spell God with a capital G.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic thats the whole point of string theory to attempt to bring the rlativity theory together with the quantum universe...

and the 26 dimensions is somethign mathematical i would love to be able to explain or even understand but it seems to be an accepted fact for string theory to work in
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
You will NEVER consolidate the quantum theory with the point of singularity...ever.
Don’t you think this discussion is more appropriate in a science category rather than a religious category or do you think you have something on everyone of Faith?
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic i am asking questions and when someone gives satisfying answers thats great.

however if people just go hurr durr god did stuff... then they deserve to be questioned in their worldview
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I would say that your question is in the wrong category and you should use something with religious context here.
You haven’t shown anything compelling for a multiverse here except to claim that you know that string theory has 26 dimensions and I’m not sure that you really know that.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic works well enough for this site... its not like i am discussing with the pope here
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
First you are lost in categories and then you pretend you know what you are talking about which you don’t
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic you seriously making this about the category this is posted in ?

dude.. thats like really really weak.. you can do better
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
You are littering religon and spirituality with irrelevant discussion. To put it simple you don’t know what you are talking about.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic i never claimed to know it all... but you seem rather confident in your knowledge but are only delivering hot air
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I definitely have it all over you and your pseudoscience. I have seen nothing of substance from you but confusion.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic then give me something of substance... teach me something oh you great smart man that discusses on a 3rd rate message board on the internet and treats it like a science/reilion forum of any meaning
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
You have no respect for SW or the people present. I already challenged you multiple times on the CMB and you have scampered away from discussion.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic well make a point about cmb then... what do you want to tell me ?
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I have already made multiple points but I would dare say you couldn’t discuss anything because you don’t know what it is or where the ideas of the multiverses come from.
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic no you not making any points... you just deflecting
Pfuzylogic · M
@Milkshake
I made a previous point how some think that the multiverse was there because of the CMB but because of your education level I seriously doubt you know what the Cosmic Microwave Background even is, at any level of competent understanding. Do your homework child!
Milkshake · F
@Pfuzylogic the multiverse theory is completely unrelated to cosmic micrwave background... you keep mentioning it and fail to make any point about...

so yes.. WHAT ABOUT CMB....

tell us... why you want to talk so much about it.
