Question for people who believe in a god and an act of creation... [Spirituality & Religion]

did god have any choices in how it creates the universe ? considering that many universes with diferent cosmic constants couldnt possibly exist...

It only isn’t possible to exist because God made it that way. That logic is easily able to be circled around lol
