@helenS That is God speaking to Israel through the Prophet Isaiah.
I don’t see the politics.

@Pfuzylogic Yes, Isaiah is a messenger of God, giving a Divine promise: that there will be a New Heaven, and a New Earth (Isaiah 65,17), where human exploitation will end (Isaiah 65,22).

At least this is how I see it.
