It is simply a systematic way for carefully and thoroughly observing nature and using consistent logic to evaluate results. Which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Science is the study of the universe and the earth, knowing full well who their Creator is and where they came from. Also, learning how all this was put together in detail and in working order.

You presuppose a creator, you presuppose knowledge of the supposed creator, and you presuppose knowledge of its actions.
