For Christians: How long into your service to Christ did it take for you to decide to get baptized if you did? [Spirituality & Religion]

I want to make sure I’ve waited long enough honestly... For me it’s almost been a year and I’m thinking of making this move about 10 days after the anniversary of when I joined the loving community of Christ. I’ve already mentally pledged my life to Christ, I just want to go through the official initiation to push my faith further.
