Why do people get into atheism? [Spirituality & Religion]

I few years ago I moved town and I started hanging round with Atheists. I guess I was just trying to fit in I guess but pretty soon I decided I didnt like being Atheist and it made me feel silly. Looking back, it was justa phase I was going through. Why do atheists do it?

newsflash atheism is not a trend. It's not like it's a counter culture people join up with the way the Hippies were kind of a movement that people do for the Hipster appeal of it.

We straight up don't believe. It's not even a choice, you're either one of us or you're not.

People act like Atheism is a lifestyle but it's not.

We just don't believe.
