Have you seen Coordinate Universal Time ghosts, who come out precisely at midnight UTC? How will they know if it's DST or not? [Spirituality & Religion]

@dirge DST is for non-UTC ghosts, or ghosts which are using the local clock to find out when it's the UTC midnight. Space ghosts are gonna have hard time either way.
