You answered the question I asked about meditation . When you talk less the answers comes . Life is all about an inner journey to the soul . What stops the soul is the dark side would try to put you into despair. It's called the dark night of the soul and when your in the predicament the mind tries its hardest to understand . Thoughts fly in from all angels to put you darker and darker in to a black hole .
