There is no right or wrong way to pray to God. [Spirituality & Religion]

In other words, God wants you to pray from your heart. God hears those who ask to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. He plays no favorites. No matter who you are, or what you’ve done, you are wanted and greatly loved by Jesus. He will never turn you away, nor abandon you. He wants to help you and rescue you. In fact, He waits for word from you, that you love and want to have Him in your life, forever. His desire is to see you happy and whole...fulfilled in Him. He’ll do that, if you let Him know you want a relationship with Him, too.

How do you know someone loves and wants you in their life? You tell them. Jesus is no different. He doesn’t want to push His way in. He wants you to open your heart’s door and invite Him in. That’s why you never see a picture of Jesus standing at the door, with a handle on the door. He’s knocking on your heart’s door, but it’s you, who must open that door and let Him in. He wants your permission and invitation to let Him into your heart and life.

Jesus longs for you to know His love for you.

What? You say you don’t have enough faith to receive Him as your Lord and Savior? Not to worry. God already placed in you, a “measure of faith”, so you could know Him. That “measure” means that Jesus gave you just the right amount of faith inside you, in order to receive and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He did it for you. That’s why you sometimes feel the Holy Spirit tugging at your heart, wanting you to find and know Jesus.

Besides....faith is not hard. Jesus already did His part. He’s just waiting for you to do yours....invite Him into your heart and life...so you and Jesus can fellowship together through both your spirits, also known as prayer.

There’s really no mystery to faith. It’s more than just expecting God to keep His word and promises to you. In fact, He’s already promised that, and He never breaks a promise. He’s perfect. So what comes first? What’s the very first step?

You know why faith is not hard? It’s because in order to be saved, it only takes one to ”choose” to believe God. By making that choice, you are exercising that seed of faith, God already gave you. That’s not so hard! It takes your will to activate and grow that seed called “faith”. The very second you express your desire to accept Jesus into your heart and life, not only does HE accept your will and receives you, but ALL OF HEAVEN accepts and receives you with open arms held wide, and all the angels in Heaven, rejoice over even ONE person, who accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior. Now it doesn’t get better than that!

PRAISE THE LORD! is all “I” can say!!!

What you can’t do...God can do.

Yes, and I mentioned that in another article. But I apologize. I didn’t make myself clear enough. I was referring to people who think they are not worthy enough to even come before God. Thank you for correcting me on that. By the way, those verses you quoted are lovely examples.

I’m thankful you brought this to my attention. Thanks for your careful observance. 👍

@LadyGrace I no longer practice religion, but I will always believe in God.

That’s the way. Religion is nothing but manmade philosophy, but loving and serving God, means we have an actual personal relationship with Him. Even God is against playing the religious game. He said it’s hypocritical because they pretend to know and love God on the surface, but inwardly, they don’t even know Him. They just want people to think they do, by making faces in public when they pray, so as to “appear” to know God, but their heart is far from Him. They pray loudly, so they’re noticed before men, but in truth, they ignore and don’t even live for Him when it comes to their speech, and deeds. However, they don’t fool God. @SW-User
I mean the bible does say there are right and wrong ways to pray so...

No. God was giving an example of how to go about praying. People now know how to address God. Not all prayers are prayed the same way. That wouldn’t be sincere, if they were. That would make them ritualistic...not from the heart, if they were. He wanted them to know that they are to pray to their Father in Heaven, then end it in Jesus’s name, for it was through Jesus, that their prayers were even received. @Qwerty14
@LadyGrace I didn't say there is only one way to pray. I said the Bible says of right ways and a wrong ways. Even you back this up with your reply.

Please see my reply to Pagandad. Thank you. I apologize for not making my thoughts more clear as to intent with this article. I didn’t want people to think, as many do, that they have to be afraid to come to God. @Qwerty14
