Tough one. You probably can't remove her from your life since she is your husband's sister. Try to work out what is causing it, what you can control about your own view of it, and how you can avoid the situations that hurt you the most

I left the UK with my family to be away from them especially to be away from this woman. But her poison still lingers everywhere. And I keep on keeping this anger to myself, and I am starting to hate myself because of feeling like this.@plungesponge
