If you’re a child of God, you can trust that He’s working diligently for you, behind the scenes. He’s not forgotten you. It takes time to move hearts or circumstances on your behalf. It’s God’s timing that counts, to work patience in you. He may seem quiet, but that means He’s up to moving people, hearts, or circumstances. He’s heard your prayer. Now you just need to rest and let him do His work. Unless it’s a job you want. Then you must put legs on your prayers, and exercise your faith. He most definitely has not forgotten you. But if you start worrying, you’re just telling God you don’t believe Him, and think He needs your help. Trust is the key that unlocks the door and unties God’s hands to help you. Worry is sin, because ir breeds doubt, and God doesn’t work that way.
