Have a quiet time alone EVERYDAY. Specific time where you read your bible and pray cause it is so important [Spirituality & Religion]

Within that time put off ur phone. Demons apparently travel through mediums like phone lines,tv and internet so distance urself from these when u are praying,whenever u can. Im only saying this out of love, technology is a demonic tool more than anything and the devil doesnt give people anything for free.
