Salvation is not cheap. Jesus lost His life, so you could be in heaven with Him. [Spirituality & Religion]

On the cross, hanging between heaven and earth, hung our Savior, paying for our sins. His sacrifice wasn't cheap. He made salvation free by paying our sin debt, and when you and I try to add one work to it, we cheapen it. When you think “That wasn't enough. I've got to add something to it!” — you cheapen God’s grace. Jesus suffered the hard part. All you have to do, is accept His gift of eternal life, and you'll go to Heaven when you die. That’s so simple, and sure isn’t much to ask. You never have to earn a gift someone wishes to give you. It’s a gift...so it’s free. Your part is only to accept it.

You know.. It’s so selfish how we worship constantly and in return we’re really not givin much but suffering... is that really what was intended for us?

Or perhaps we fail to see all the blessings we have from God, that ordinarily, we wouldn’t have. The suffering is necessary. Trials teach us valuable lessons, strengthen us, and help us grow. We see things through a veil right now, but when we get to heaven, that veil shall be lifted and we’ll see that God did so much for us and always had our best interest at heart. I know when I have a grateful heart, it’s hard to see the difficulties in life, but still, they’re not in vain and serve good purpose, even if we can’t see it at the time.

If we spent our whole lives praying, hoping, wishing ever single day we are really missing out @LadyGrace

Naturally, we can’t do these things 24/7. However, we’re to walk in Christ each day....to stay faithful. @Dateless
