Science Still Points To God [Spirituality & Religion]

@Carazaa Just to toss it out there, "changing" means learning new things.
What changes without learning new things is the Bible.

God never changes, but I do. When I turn to God in prayer, or when I read my Bible, He humbles me and I change. He makes me more loving and humble each day. I rely more and more on Him to sustain me. Real knowledge is about love not how a cell is formed. Real knowledge is change of [i]behavior.[/i]

God has a purpose for us here and that is love. Love is the highest purpose in the universe. God humbles us by creating hardship, or from his word. I prefer to adapt to his word rather than to challenge it and him having to humble me with hardship. My knowledge is pretty useless in my head if I am not using that knowledge for human good. The Bible is so full of stories of Gods love for humanity and especially those who love him, that I can't not be changed with an amazing love for hurting people, and I am still learning after serious Bible study since 7 yrs. old. I don't like to have anyone interpreting His word to me. I just study myself. I am a lot more beautiful now than I was 40 years ago, and it isn't because of my science degree, but my knowledge of God.

You're most welcome, sister. I get the Truth from the Word of God also. Remember this, God created science for the benefit of mankind. He created it to show us His creation and how He's made it all work.

@Carazaa Lot of stories about death and destruction too, huh? You believe. That's fine. But equating belief with scientific method and results is a very different animal. Now you can visit the Creation Museum and believe that dinosaurs walked the earth with humans if you want. As long as you know that's all it is. Belief.

Ynotisay, God helps those who love him. Some think that's mean, but I think he has that privilege! I see plenty of results when I pray. But I put all my eggs in the basket of faith. I challenge God with his own promises. We have to put God first and have faith then he answers our prayers. He works according To faith.

I think science have somethings right and much wrong. What was scientific fact before Galileo is not anymore. It changes drastically with more knowledge. We can't count on that. But I believe that true science will prove there is a creator.

Infact I think it has already! There has to be a creator. The universe is too organized. No watch makes itself right? And no DNA starts from nothing at all. We don't even understand basic genetics completely. We know nothing about the black hole really! We will never understand everything about the universe completely because we don't have the intelligence of God!
