... how do you prove it's God and not super advanced aliens that made giraffes?

You can have a whole ladder of creators if you argue to intelligent design.

I was going to comment negatively about your Post but I think you have no basis on pointing out confusion.
You are talking about extraterrestrial design from aliens and not the Living God. There is no basis for it even as a hypothetical argument. There is no factual premise to entertain this.

@Pfuzylogic It's a thought experiment to point out the reductio ad absurdum implicit in intelligent design.

Just say God exists on the basis of faith which has no objective material basis and He made giraffes.

But arguing giraffes must have an intelligent creator is flawed as it doesn't constrain such a creator to God.
