The video claims that science says that the universe had a beginning.
Nonsense.
The evidence shows us that a singularity began expanding 13.7 billion years ago.
We have no idea as to the origin of that singularity. In fact, spacetime came Ito existence only with that expansion, so it's meaningless to talk about 'before ' expansion.
