@AnonymousJSS maybe a little more faith is needed?
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@Carazaa Faith is not going to make a fictional character real. Just saying.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS good job the one we pray to isn't fictional then isn't it, or we wouldn't get these amazing answers
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho 1. What? Please make your words more coherent.
2. No one will ever truly know whether god is real or not.

TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS I've experienced God in so many ways I know He's real
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho Yeah? How so?
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS I've been healed by God through prayer, I've seen others healed and I know the peace and joy and love that He gives
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho Right... maybe a coincidence? Ok let’s say maybe a being of higher power did heal you.... how do you know that’s your god?
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS because I was prayed for in the name of Jesus by Christian friends
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho 😂 right, so Jesus Christ must've done something, amirite??? A being of higher power who is not Jesus Christ could've taken pity on you. Nevertheless, I doubt Jesus Christ truly exists. Prove he's real with logical evidence please.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS so you think a higher power intervened at exactly the same moment I was prayed for in the name of Jesus? Really?
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho If there is a higher power AKA our maker, I assume they might've taken pity on you. We don't know if there's a higher power though, that was my point. Therefore, organized religion and strongly believing in a certain god, and his rules seems pretty silly to me.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS its not about organised religion or keeping rules its about a personal relationship with Jesus
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho Like I said, sillyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS if you think its silly that's up to you, I'm not trying to force my beliefs on you I'm simply sharing my experiencies of my faith
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@TheWildEcho You couldn't force your beliefs on me even if you tried. I replied to this post- like everyone else- and you replied to me telling me why I was wrong. I am now telling you why I'm not.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS all I've done is share my experiences

Oh. So prayer is the more logical answer than a human body repairing itself on it's own? Got it.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F

Doesn't seem like just "sharing" to me. Lol. "good job" seems like you're trying to contradict me 🤔

TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@AnonymousJSS well if that's how you want to see it, I've had amazing experiences of God and I'm happy to share them.
VSonMe · 56-60, M
@TheWildEcho
I think the placebo effect is the most parsimonious answer rather than positing the existence of a deity who cares about you. Occam's razor, mate.

@AnonymousJSS Yahweh still loves you even if you don't believe He exists
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@karysma I highly doubt both.
karysma · 31-35, F
@AnonymousJSS That's okay. He understands
