Nope not watching it thank you . I'll see what's in heaven or hell when I get there .
That is so true, yet this is something you don’t want to leave to chance. In order to have eternal life in heaven, Jesus said our sins must be forgiven. Sin cannot enter heaven (and we all have sin), or it wouldn’t be heaven. When we ask God to forgive us, He accepts that request, and cleanses us of all unrighteousness, so we are fit for heaven. @Repete

You are right our sins must be forgiven but it also says a lot more we are not to say who is going to heaven or not because that puts us as God or brings God down to us. One road a narrow road it is and one way to enter . Through the son @LadyGrace
Right, however, we can know who is going to heaven or not, given God’s instructions on how to get there. At the same time, you’re right, in the respect that it’s not up to us to say who or who will not be in heaven. Only God can judge that. However, Jesus said to spread the gospel into all the world, so people can be saved. That’s not judging. That’s planting the seed, so people can know how to be saved. Yes, definitely....one way to enter, through Jesus, our only Mediator. Amen to that!

@LadyGrace we cannot know what is in someone's heart as Jesus therefore we cannot know we can think maybe but that's another story . Sent out to spread the gospel, and how do we know who to trust and to more or less follow . By their words , works , or deeds .it is good to remember how Jesus did it . He did not force people to follow he did not turn anyone away from listening to him . A lot of people say a lot of things and it gets confusing we need to lead by living the life we talk about . We are all human and make mistakes one part in the Bible sticks in my mind more and more. ( it is better to not know him than to know him then turn your back on him) some people believe once saved always saved this passage makes me think maybe different.
Jesus Himself, said “Ye shall know them (followers of Christ) by their fruits.” Yes, by their words, deeds, and actions. Of course I don’t know what is in a person’s heart and don’t pretend to or judge them. I don’t know what you’re talking about when you said how do we know whom to trust. That could mean a multitude of things. In what respect? @Repete

@LadyGrace you have answered at least part of it . I believe the part you said (he shall know them .......) that is for others to follow but not blindly . I believe it also says ( many will come to him on that day and say have we not prophecied in your name and done many other things in your name, and he says to them depart from me because I never knew you .) as you can see I only know some of the Bible and don't quote very well .i have to look it up every time to get it right . 😂 sad but true.
That’s ok. I know scripture, but do not have the numbers memorized by it. 😊 I’ll try to answer all your questions. I’d like to ask you to read, if you will, my post on losing one’s salvation. It’s a little long, but I believe worth the read. https://similarworlds.com/19-Spirituality-Religion/2127256-Are-you-still-worried-about-losing-your-salvation

With Ye shall know them, Jesus meant that Christians will know other Christians by the way they act and talk, and serve the Lord.

On your last point, yes...there will be many who think they’re going to heaven, because they’ve falsely believed one can get to Heaven by doing good. That’s not what God’s Word says. No one can earn their way to heaven. Others think they’ll go to heaven because they go to church, never harm anyone, tithe, because Aunt Lula was a Christian or their parents, the list goes on, yet Jesus said there’s only one way to get to heaven, and that is by asking Jesus to forgive you for your sins, believing He died on the cross to pay for your sins, then rose again from the grave and is alive today, and accepting by faith that He has forgiven you, and He has if you’ve asked Him to. We are saved by grace (unearned favor from God) ... not by any works we have done, but by faith in Jesus as our personal Savior. Jesus said there is no condemnation to those who love the Lord and walk according to His Word.
