Even tho I'm not a member of their Church because they don't have one in my town I study Scientology doing the online courses and reading their books so I guess u CAN say I know the author of my Bible lol his name is L. Ron Hubbard lol and the Scientology Bible is called "Dianetics" which I own a copy of lol
That’s Scientology. Not the Creator of the world, nor Savior of it. Man cannot save the world. He is full of sin, himself. Man is the one who needs saving, and by one Savior, Jesus, can we be saved and have access to God the Father. @rage34

@rage34 he's the Jesus of Scientology.
No. He doesn’t believe nor promote reincarnation. @KaiserSolze

You obviously don’t know what I follow. I certainly don’t follow the deities of the Hindu and Shinto pantheons, and I couldn’t be more certain of my beliefs. Your information about where heaven and hell sit is far from what I follow. I looked in your profile to see exactly what you do believe in, since you make fun of the Bible, yet say you study it. So far, nothing you’ve said matches what the Bible says, and the only thing I could find in your profile, was that you believe in ddlg relationships, but nothing mentioned about a relationship with God. What exactly do you believe?

@LadyGrace you have a need to follow a book. You choose to live your life by it without question in the name of faith.

I had a need to learn about many religions, where they come from, the route of the beliefs.

I believe there is a universal energy that runs through all and manifests in many forms.

I can't follow books or churches or religion.
You’ve misjudged my needs. Don’t put words in my mouth or assume I haven’t studied religions.

Then why did you say you study the Bible? Anyway, now that we have it clear what you believe, we can leave it at that, as there is no point in continuing this conversation. We’ll just have to respect each other’s choice.

There are numerous authors.
This is an age old argument that begs further study by many, before reaching conclusions. God did not entrust His precious Word to just anyone. There is only One author, and approximately 40 writers, the New Testament being a collection of writings by early Christians, mostly Jewish disciples of Christ, written in first-century Koine Greek. The main theme of the Bible has always remained intact.

Ultimately, above the human authors, whom were holy men of old, the Bible was written by God. Second Timothy 3:16 tells us that the Bible was “breathed out” by God. God chose the human authors of the Bible so that, while using their own writing styles and personalities, they still recorded exactly what God intended by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The Bible was not dictated by God, but it was perfectly guided and entirely inspired by Him.

Humanly speaking, the Bible was written by approximately 40 men of diverse backgrounds over the course of 1500 years. Isaiah was a prophet, Ezra was a priest, Matthew was a tax-collector, John was a fisherman, Paul was a tentmaker, Moses was a shepherd, Luke was a physician. Despite being penned by different authors over 15 centuries, the Bible does not contradict itself and does not contain any errors. The authors all present different perspectives, but they all proclaim the same one true God, and the same one way of salvation—Jesus Christ (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).
