What's your take on this? [Spirituality & Religion]

[c=#4C0073]I've been reading the book of Exodus and I was enjoying the story that is until I read the penalties Moses sentenced some of the bad things people did wrong. I've come to know God as a merciful God but killing someone because of sin is brutal. I just don't understand why he was so harsh to the people[/c]

I think there is difference between the definition of God as defined in various religions and the real God, if (s)he exists.

For that specific question, I can't help you too much as I am follower of my own religion. Was born as Hindu. Please let me know if you get a satisfactory answer.

@ABCDEF7 Tell me about your religion if that's okay with you

@karysma As I told you, I am follower of my own religion, That means I follow what I(my soul) think is right. And I am happy my religion does not restrict/go against me to have that approach. You can can say it is more like spirituality.

Hindu religion is very vast and diverse. You can ask me if you have any questions regarding that, I will try to answer in an unbiased manner.
