What's your take on this? [Spirituality & Religion]

[c=#4C0073]I've been reading the book of Exodus and I was enjoying the story that is until I read the penalties Moses sentenced some of the bad things people did wrong. I've come to know God as a merciful God but killing someone because of sin is brutal. I just don't understand why he was so harsh to the people[/c]

Welp, god doesn't exist..so..

@Disturbed12 Keep thinking that

@karysma There's nothing to believe. It's the fact. We don't need to believe in things like "air" and "water". Because we have proof that they exist. But people believe in god because there is no proof, they just assume he exists.

@Disturbed12 when you haven't experienced his mercy you will never know he exists but I have. Until then

@karysma May be I experienced his cruelty. I used to believe in god. But not anymore.

But I wish you good luck. Whatever brings you peace! 🍻

@Disturbed12 I've experienced my own share of cruelty and though I'm still dealing with my harsh reality I just can't not see the good he's done for me which is a lot. I was a lost sheep like you once upon a time but when I got to know him it was hard to go on with life without him. He is my everything

@karysma Haha. I'm not a lost ship BTW. 😂 I'm totally confident with my philosophical believes and I'm enjoying life fully. Why would you call someone lost just because his view doesn't match with your view? jeez, be a little open minded! 😶

@Disturbed12 I'm not judging but if you're lost you're lost but that's your choice. If you enjoy the things of the world then there's nothing I can do about it. It's your own bed you're making and one day you're going to have to lie on it

@karysma I used to be a christian. One could say I was lost then and was saved when I escaped the shackles of christianity. You probably won't believe me but my like dramatically improved after I broke free from christianity. I know it's uncomfortable for christians to accept non-christians can lead happy, fulfilling, lives but that's the way it is.
