Jesus loves you regardless. You can't make Him hate you no matter how hard you try. He can't hate His Father's Creation. Neither can I.

I didn't avoid your question. I gave you the reason why of being good. Let me put it this way: no one is good but God alone. He makes us good through Jesus Christ by His Holy Spirit. By receiving Christ into our hearts, we become good.
