Why did God require animal sacrifice and suddenly decide to stop? [Spirituality & Religion]

Well, since man created every god on earth, man can change the rules whenever it's convenient.

Animal rights people got after him?

possibly because there is no god and all religions are man made to control the masses ??...just a thought lol

You see God is not jus one single entity. However they would like you to think so. Gods more like an intergalactic Walmart corporation. And they changed upper management is all.

I view this:
1- Historically humans had tough life, bloody most of the time, men went to fight or hunt for the family or the tribe, and they faced death thus the sacrifice.
2- there is a lot of guilt and fear in Jeudiasm, Christianity, and Islam, reword and punishment,I think this is worked in the past when people thought that the earth was flat. Today, we know and understand more about our biology and psychology, so minimizing the guilt.

Ya mean we ain't supposed to sacrifice animals no more? Dang! How's about marryin' our cousins? We can still marry our cousins, cain't we?
