Why do journalists writing about banning the burqa always use pictures of women wearing niqabs instead? [Spirituality & Religion]

they are ignorant of course and its not really about the Burka per say but the oppression of women having to wear it (even it is the womans choice).

MY religion asks that I am naked from the waste down but I too am oppressed by others religion go figure....
