Apparently I don’t pray? [Spirituality & Religion]

I do, daily. I’m just glad someone must be following me around all day to know this. Oh also apparently my anxiety is a sign of a lack of me letting God in my life. My gosh ... my old pastor’s wife has anxiety too... was she not religious enough too?

Even god displays anxiety of various kinds in the bible. Maybe he needs a god in his life. ☺

@Wraithorn oh no don’t worry ... he’s always right when it comes to talking about religion because he’s converted to Islam ... and I mean no offense to Muslim people at all this is only directed at him ... he’s become quite arrogant about ensuring that his religious thoughts and practices are the only right ones ... which is quite irritating. Especially when he doesn’t live remotely near enough to know a thing about my prayer life. Just because me, a Christian, prays differently than he does ... does not mean that I don’t pray.
Sorry for ranting but this man has said many hurtful things to me

@antisocialbutterfly Whoever he is, he seems to have fallen prey to elitism.
I don't like religions in general because they are limiting, divisive and elitist.
In my opinion spirituality is inclusive of all and to be found outside of the limitations of religion which are divisive.
I know what being preached to is like. My father is a preacher and always right even when he is wrong. He was a christian, then a muslim and now he is christian again. Despite that he was never wrong. It's ridiculous and funny really.
So rant all you want. I understand. ☺

I try to be pretty understanding but I hate being told what I feel and what I do

@antisocialbutterfly remember, he'ss a mind without Jesus. it must be awful in there.
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
@ladycae What about the extremely long list of preachers and priests who do apparently have Jesus in their lives but abuse young children ? It doesn't seem to have done them any good.

@Wraithorn like i said a mind disconnected from God and living in sin must be a terrible place. Just because someone has priest or preacher in their name does not make them immune from sin. and they can, therefore, lose their connection to God and not be in his will.
Wraithorn · 51-55, M
@ladycae And people who belong to any other religion would say the same about you.
Example : a Muslim could say about you, "She doesn't have Mohamed or Allah in her life. Her mind must be a terrible place to be."

That's why I say religion is divisive, limiting and elitist.

@Wraithorn you just have an axe to grind so i'm done with this conversation.
