What gets longer when pulled,fits between breasts, slides neatly into a hole,has choked people when used improperly,and works best when jerked? [Spirituality & Religion]

I would say the string in a hoodie. Pull it and it gets longer. Obviously if it’s long enough fits between breasts. It goes in the hole of the hoodie. Tie it around your neck improperly to strangle. Also if you jerk it then the hoodie gets tighter. Seatbelts don’t actually work properly if you jerk it as it locks to stop you.
