What irrational belief should I take up? [Spirituality & Religion]

I realised one day people who believe in some BS are happier than me. I then made a decision to become a Flat Earther, it seemed the most sensible of the options available. But it isn't making me happier, any other ideas?

@SW-User This gets hard because it leads to the question: What is real? Whateva answer I come up with is disturbing.

@ButterFly2023 Here's a good suggestion. Study recurrence instead of reincarnation. It's rational.
