Prayers to help me? [Spirituality & Religion]

I've had bad anxiety lately and stressed about exams next month. I know prayer is powerful.

Sometimes anxiety comes from putting things off. I’m not saying you do, but why not start right now, and just take one section at a time and really dig into it and memorize it until you know it like the back of your hand, and then, when you’re confident of that, take another section and do the same, until one day you’re finished and very well prepared for the exams. By taking one section at a time, it won’t feel so overwhelming, and each time you finish a section, this will build your self-esteem and confidence. There is nothing like walking in a classroom, prepared. It sure beats the stress of last-minute preparation. As an incentive, give yourself a little reward after each section is completed. It will give you something to look forward to. You could also have a person ask you questions and see if you can answer them. When things are verbally accomplished, it really sticks in your mind. I used to do this with my sisters-in-law. It makes it way more fun!
