Keep looking into it! I love Buddhism and how it teaches compassion and mindfulness. Also adhering to peace they don’t even kill insects but honour the sanctity of life!
Here’s a great Buddhist quote
Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice
Pain is an external circumstance that happens to you ...I.e car accident and resulting broken arm
Suffering is how you interpret it mindfully...I.e...even though my arm is broken I am grateful the rest of my body is healthy. How can I learn from this ?
I practice mindfulness at headspace.com and Andy’s ted talk on 10 mindful minutes is a game changer!
