Why do chrisitians maintain that there is only one god when the bible makes it clear that there are many? [Spirituality & Religion]

@GeniUs You wouldn't know Christian behavior if it jumped up and bit you. Christians are not simply mild meek little wimps. Our Lord and Savior set the example by driving the evil doers out of the temple with a whip.

Some do...some don’t. Which is why I choose not to debate when it comes to my beliefs. Jesus loses when there are debates because the non Christians walk away angry and rightfully so. @GeniUs

@hippyjoe1955 and here's the first to prove my point. Christ according to the stories lost his temper once when he saw people being robbed by (what's this?) other religious people. You lose it every time somebody types a word you disagree with. You are a disgrace to your discreditted religion.

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 except here the non Christians laugh at how easy it is to bate the so called religious people into breaking some of the 10 (11) commandments. Just look at the posts on this thread and tell me you aren't embarrassed at those supposedly defending Christianity.

@GeniUs Actually it doesn't say that He only lost His temper once or that He even lost His temper. It dose say that he drove the evil doers, who we have no idea if they were 'religious' or not, since they were simply providing a for profit service to observant Jews from out of town.

Then take a look in the mirror as there is nothing to back up your assumption that since it can't be disproved there is a god.

@GeniUs Yes I am aggressive as opposed to passive. That is the right way to defend the faith not whimpering in in the corner. Atheism has succeeded because Christians have refused to defend their faith. Atheism has succeeded because they ridicule and belittle. Well cowering in the corner pleading "don't hit me" has such a stellar track record maybe we Christians should use the atheist's techniques on them. If they don't like it it sucks to be them. As a wise man once said "Pleasing your enemies does not make them your friends". If you do not stand for the Christian faith you fall for anything including the stupid idea that 'love' is being nice. Love might be nice or it can be harsh. As James wrote "remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins." If we simple nod and agree with the sinner we are not loving them and sometimes it takes a harsh word to turn a sinner from his sin. You don't like it? Sucks to be you. I really don't care what your opinion is. I will stand for my Lord and Savior and follow His example. He called people nasty names and chased them with a whip and He supported those who supported Him.

I think you know more about biting ankles than I ever will, hoping that unproveable supreme being will sort it all out even though he never has done, never will and doesn't exist. But you can sit around doing nothing because you say he exists.
