If you can't judge god by human morality, how can you tell god is moral? [Spirituality & Religion]

I mean, he tells you that he's moral. But how can you tell?
Surely you just have to have faith, right?

The lengths Christians and Muslims go to when they excuse their god's behavior are amazing and troubling. In the supposed global flood, of which there is no geologic evidence the entire planet was underwater up to mountaintops, is one example. Apparently bible god is an animal killer in incredible numbers. The bible explains he was displeased with evil in the world so he also regretted making animals. The solution was to flood the planet killing everything but some animals and Noah and others. Mass killing of animals by drowning in this manner is inhumane to most people and if this god was upset with human behavior, then spare the animals. Penguins must be real evil as we all know. Those kangaroos also are very evil. This god was so stupid that he /she /it knew mankind would start sinning again after re-population of humans and the animals would go back to doing what they do which is to eat other species or plants. The whole Noah story is stupidity at it's finest. Almost as stupid as bible god asking people to mark their houses with blood so that he would know who not to kill during the passover story. Guess omniscience couldn't do the job.
