As a Christian, do you eat pork and seafood? [Spirituality & Religion]

I'm not religious and I eat pork and seafood. I eat Guinea fowl and snails also. I have on many occasions eaten horse meat. I don't like offal and I refuse to buy Halal and Kosher meat because of what I consider to be an inhumane way of slaughter.
