For religious people [Spirituality & Religion]

I have often wondered why many religious people are happy to attribute the existence of cotton and woollen materials to the providence of a beneficent Deity but are unwilling to extend that thinking to include polyester and nylon.

the polyester thing makes sense... many religions are against anything "poly" (polyamory, polygamy, polyandry, etc.)

The nylon is a bit of a mystery, however. It could be because they too are produced from polymers, in which case refer to my first sentence.
