@ethereal Good answer....yes...existence is based upon the formation of matter in my view.

@okaybut If it was the other way round, i would have bought it.. “i am, therefore i think..” or “i am, therefore i think, therefore i know i am..”

For anything to exist, even thoughts or feelings, first there needs existence itself.
