Why do I feel panic or intense anxiety around attractive women that I don't know? [Spirituality & Religion]

I want to do something about it but I'm not sure what to do.

Just breathe. I used to feel that way around my beloved, like I couldn't talk to him, but it turns out he was just as nervous

@SW-User So I sometimes wonder if I am picking up on their nervousness. Which seems to help me step back from its power and calms me down somewhat.

@SW-User that's usually what triggers it in me is how hot they are and the opportunity in front of me
