Do you believe the spirit realm is real [Spirituality & Religion]

@ButteAmerica Not personally, but I've heard about some from family and friends. My mom was always the biggest disbeliever there was until she had an experience of her own. My grandmother stayed at her home in last few years of her life and in the middle of the night, if she ever needed anything, she would use her cane to hit the wall. My mother's room was right next to hers, so when she heard this she would get up and go to her room. For six nights in a row, after my grandma had passed away, my mom heard that hitting on the wall...she never got up to go to the room, but on that sixth night, she did. She said she opened the door and "saw my grandmother" sort of floating in the corner of the room and then she disappeared. After that night she never heard that hitting on the wall again. She believes that her mother had come to say goodbye and wasn't able to go until she acknowledged her and that was why it never occurred again. Stories like that intrigue me and make me a believer, especially because knowing my mom the way I do, I know she wouldn't make that up. She wasn't THAT person and she had never believed before in her life, until that night. 😯
