Why do you spend a lot of time on your own? [Spirituality & Religion]

I love alone time. I enjoy my own company and can entertain myself for hours..lol!
I find that I don't fit into the norm..I have accepted this.
I'm a little old school.. I hold loyalty,honesty and communication as gospel. I have no time for selfish,self centredness.
In the old days a Man's word was highly respected..I don't see this much at all. No value is held in relationships. The ego gets in the way and suffocates them.
We have the opportunity to experience 2 journeys in life.
Our own..and if we choose a combined journey with a partner.
I personally believe it is always more satisfying having another by your side who appreciates your personal journey as well as the one you will be creating together!
No room for, selfishness,deceit,doubt.
I'd rather be alone.
