@GreensCornbreadYams
Species of plants and insects are very much dependent on each other...
Your indoctrinators failed to point out to you that such species would have had fully adequate ways of achieving reproduction, but then, very gradually, developed an inter-dependent system which, even in its embryonic stages, conferred a reproductive advantage, and therefore spread, with less efficient such systems falling away in the face of increasingly efficient systems, resulting in what we see. It's amusing (and somewhat sad) that creationists try to develop arguments from such flawed assumptions as 'everything has always been as we see it today'.
you almost have to be gullible to believe the age of fossils can be determined by the depth within the earth
Before we address the basic (and somewhat risible) errors you seem determined to stand on when making arguments along these lines, perhaps you'd like to consider the difference between absolute age and comparative age? Just a suggestion.
J.B.S. Haldane, when asked what would falsify the Theory of Evolution replied (growled is probably more accurate) "rabbits in the pre-Cambrian"

I agree. Especially when it comes to modern man
evolving. It's interesting how people believe one way or another.
